The National Capital Commission (NCC) and American Express are changing the menu for Taste of Winterlude. This signature program will shift away from prix-fixe menus to give its undivided attention to the popular culinary “experiences”.
“Food lovers have been telling us that, of all the features of Taste of Winterlude, what they want the most is to relish a unique experience,” said Guy Laflamme, Vice-President of the NCC’s Capital Experience, Communications and Marketing branch. “We’re focusing all our efforts on offering culinary events that highlight Canadian products and that celebrate the creativity and talent of some of Canada’s top chefs, sommeliers, and winemakers.”
Taste of Winterlude will feature these exclusive culinary happenings from January 27 to February 21, 2011.
