Join the Guild for our annual “Garden Party” at the historic and elegant Bayne-Morrison House, residence of Guild Governor and Ottawa Citizen Food columnist Gay Cook. We have the further benefit of having one of the original Guild founding Directors, Don Cook supplying wine for the event and discussing them with each course. If you have not guessed it Don is the son of Gay Cook and a wine distributor living in Oregon and home for this event!
A full menu of small plates has been developed by Chef Robert Jutras at Culinary Conspiracy for the party. Here is the menu and the wine pairings:
